I tried to find raspberry, blackcurrant gooseberry or cranberry juice in my local supermarket. There are plenty of items called 'fruit drink' or 'fruit juice drink' which are typically 25% fruit juice and contain added sugar. It would be a pity if the benefit obtained from the juice were counterbalanced by harm from consumption of excess sugar. I found several brands of something called 'apple and blackcurrant juice' but if you read the label, they are always at least 95% apple juice and at most 5% blackcurrant juice. Of course you could drink a large amount of these just for the blackcurrant juice content but I gather that even without added sugar it is possible to get too much sugar just by drinking a lot of fruit juice. I settled on something called Ocean Spray Cranberry Classic, which the label says contains 25% fruit juice and (of course) added sugar.
